PONY CLUB ( HELP PLZ i wana join so bad?

hi im emma and love animals so much we have lots of grass area and 1 paddock but wouldent be enough for a horse t live in i dont think so mi dads wrk has heaps of paddoks i could fence for a horse but i dont actully own a horse and would like to do pony club i live in new zealand so what would be the cost and requires ments to hire a horse for pony club and also how much to join and do pony club ( plz give me the cost and requirements :P thx guys 10 points :P
