Transfer file from wrk comp to home comp/phon/web/electronic dvice w/o pluggin electronic dvice into work comp?

I need to transfer a file from my work computer (email, not that it matters), to any other device. I cannot email outside of company outlook distro, plug anything into a work computer w/o IT rushing over to terminate my contract (they instantly get alert when anyone plugs something [usually usb], no joke I've seen employees get escorted out of the building never to return, or even have an electronic device visible. To make it even worse, my workplace uses WHITELISTING instead of blacklisting so I can barely access any sites and no upload sites I've ever heard of. I'm sure I'm forgetting more bad news and will add it as I remember it. Thanks all!
