What's going on with me?

Yesterday morning I woke up and went to wrk and I felt sick all morning. Woke up this morning and my stomach felt weird again. I was walkin to my room an had to run to bathroom I started puking out of no where then I had dihreea right after that. On the way to work my baybee got some chicken strips that I usually love but when he got in car with them they smelt soooooo bad!!! & I still have yucky feeling in tummy
