Am I going to get fired?

I work as a cleaner in a hospital and to be honest I've had a lot on my mind lately problems with my boyfriend etc. So sometimes I do a sort of half baked job. I dont care much abut the wrk anyway it's just a short term job. I don't see much point in the silly "little details" and infection control nonsense so I do my own thing. Anyway I'm normally pretty discreet but today a patient's relative apprached me and had a major go at me, I cleaned the patient toilets + sinks then moved onto cleaning the food trays and windows with the same cloth. She said she's going straight to the ward manager. i just wondered what u think the outcome would be. I'm a little concerened, thanks so much in advance!
