I wonna get a job next summer?? Advice and tips?? Questions!!!?

I'm fifteen so i don't think anyone will hire me. By next summer i wil be sixteen. I want to work at like an Old Navy or a micheals or maybe a Jumba juice. I think that'll be good for my first job. I'm tired of relying on my parents for money. But is there anyway that i can get hired now? Im 15. And to wrk at an old navy or places mentioned above? Do you need to have an interview with these jobs?? My sister didn't need an interview when she applied for old navy. If I cant wrk till 16 what are some jobs i can do now?
