I quit my job....now wat?????

ok so heres the dealio i had a job and they kept messing up my schedule and saying tht i wasnt wrking and tha supervisor would never be n her office or answer her phone so i stop coming to wrk eventually they realized i wasnt coming bac...now my question is this...will it hurt my chances on getting another job(bcuz i reeeeeaaallly need one) or if i do get one and i dnt tell them about my last job is there a way they can find out tht i had another job...
