My 1996 camry wont start it makes a fast clicking noise.?

I jus got the car a couple months ago. My oil light jus started to *** on and off so I planned on getting an oil change when I got paid. So one day im driving to wrk and im running late, so im doing 80. Im n overdrive, radio on, and my high beams on. I start to change lanes and I notice I cant go faster. Then my steering wheel gets tight and the battery light comes on along with the oil light. I pull over, *** to a complete stop, and the car cuts all the way off. I tried to start it and it made 1 clicking noise. I get a boost and it didnt do any good. Now wen I try to start it the clicking noise is faster. Some ppl told me, alternatr, sum said solenoid, some said starter. One person said my engine might hav lockd. I pulld my spark plugs out and one of them look burnt. Wat do you think my problem is?????
