Can i find arctic cooling at walmart or hardware store?

id like to purchase some at aubuchon or walmart or somewhere. i made the mistake of useing dielectric grease instead. facinateingly though, the processor does fairly well. its stays 10 degrees bellow meltdown.... so i do need a real thermal paste and heard arctic cooling was the best of the best. thx
