What is the movie where.................?

OK last one, this is an early to mid 80's movie. the only scene I can remember is there is a teenagish boy in a restaurant with a girl he has the hots for, he ends up dropping his fork and going under the table to get it. When he is down there he looks up the girls skirt and says something like..."the golden thighs led to the golden key that opened the golden gate to the hairy Himalayas", or something similar to that.
