What are some good songs for guitar and drums only?

My friend and I are starting a band. I am pretty good at guitar and i'm ok at singing. He is ok at drums. Please, no metal. I am into classic and SOME modern music i.e the strokes, arctic monkeys. He only likes classic rock. Thank you in advance.
