Should i text him please help?

so ive hung out with this guy for the last four fridays and i'm the one who usually asks him to hang out and he never turns me down so we hung out last saturday and he said he did want to hangout with me so i texted him saturday and i said hey wats up and he just replied with o nothing and i felt pretty retarded so i answered him and then he started to ask me what movie i wanted to watch and stuff like that so then we hung out but he didnt bother to pay but he did hold my hand and we hugged and kissed and when i he got home he texted me telling me he got home what about me and i said i got home okay too so then i told him i had a great night and he told me he had a great night to so that was the last time we texted i havent heared from him all week and i havent wanted to text him because i don want to bug him i dont really see him at wrk and when i do i do say hi and he will say hi bac so should i text him??? he had also told me he was gonna take me to freebirds the second day it opened but he didnt text me what should i do??? i really likes him and i asked him before if he was leading me on and he said no
