Plz help me ..my ear hurts a lot wid wax plz?

My left ear is blocked with ear wax and am unable to hear anythng frm dat ear .. It happens always but dis tym its really worse dan evr .. I use medicn bt it doesnt wrk nw ..plz suggest sm natural method to get rid of it ..plz :(
