I told a girl that i like her and she liked. But now she wont talk to me . What can i do?

i work with this couple and we all started to hang out alot.. and i started to like D and i told her and she told me she likes me and was talkn bout leaving him cuz he treats her bad. But he found out and now she wont talk to me or even look at me at work. I think its so he doesnt flip out on me or her at wrk. What do i do. I cant call or txt her or talk to her since we talk and told each other how we feel. What should i do help.
