I'm nonEU with ILR.hav job offer in germny.can i wrk ther with view to cm bk in <2yrs w/o affct my ILR status?

basically, i just want to know if its okay to work abroad while still paying my bills in UK (living semi-permanently in UK) and if it doesn't affect my ILR/chances to apply for british citizenship?
