Horrible lower back pain!!!???? what is it!?
No fever, sweats or paleness could lead one to think it's muscular. What activities have you done last week leading up to Saturday morning? Dancing, cleaning out file cabinets, awkward positions? Try icing your back where it hurts--double bagged wrapped in a towel, 15 minutes on and 15 off until you see your medical professional. When the Ibuprofen time period has lapsed, you might consider trying a different anti-inflammatory like Curamin or Aleve. And high heels are a bummer on the spine. Since you spend so much time seated, you should incorporate stretching into your normal routine, both at home and on the job (stand and stretch every 45 minutes or so as best you can). Start gently and slowly. :-))
