your enclosure seems to be fine for now but when it grows to adult size your going to need something larger. as for temperatures you need to just test out some bulbs until you can get the heating right. it needs to stay around the mid 80s for the ambient temperature and 100 - 110 basking. you also need a 10.0 UVB bulb. for substrate you might wanna use cypress mulch as long as it contains no pesticides. cypress is best because it holds moisture very well. you also need to keep the humidity in the 60s to 70s.
